Pick the format and the amount here, check out, and choose how you get it. Collect the order at our plant in Delta in a pickup window you pick, or have our driver bring it. Same-day pickup when we have your order in stock. Otherwise order by 2 pm for next-day pickup. We deliver Monday to Friday, during the day. Order by 2 pm for delivery the next working day. The delivery price is worked out from the distance to your address and shown before you pay. You can order from 1 lb, and an order under $25 of ice is charged $25 plus GST. Trade customers sign in to see their own rate.
For a blasting machine, 3 mm pellets. For a cooler, a shipping box, a freezer outage or fog, 16 mm nuggets: bigger pieces, slower sublimation. Slices in 5 lb packs lie flat over or under product. For volume, 500 lb orders are $750 online, $1.50 a pound. For standing orders, ask for a quote. How much you need for each use is on our uses page.
Bring a cooler or an insulated box whose lid can vent, and a pair of gloves. Do not bring an airtight container. On the drive home, keep a window cracked or the fan pulling outside air, and do not leave dry ice in a closed car. Orders of 150 lb and up go out in our returnable insulated bins, rented by the week.
Yes. We deliver Monday to Friday, during the day. Order by 2 pm for delivery the next working day. The driver does not take payment: you pay at checkout by card or bank transfer, or on invoice if your account has credit. The price depends on the driving distance from our plant to your address: $50 up to 20 km, $75 up to 40 km, $95 up to 70 km and $125 up to 100 km, plus GST. An order in our returnable bins pays the same again for the trip that collects the empty bins. For an address further than 100 km, or ice the same day, call 604 239 9333. We do not ship by courier.
